All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Once your order is prepared and dispatched, you will receive a notification with the shipping details.

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Local deliveries: 3–7 business days
  • Regional deliveries: 5–10 business days
  • International deliveries: 7–15 business days

We deliver to most areas of the North Island and have recently expanded to select locations in the South Island. If your address isn't listed in our standard delivery areas, please contact us to discuss available options and associated costs.

Yes! We now deliver to a large range of areas in the South Island. Delivery rates vary by location—please contact us to confirm costs and availability.

We cover a large range of rural areas across New Zealand, and most are included under standard urban delivery rates. However, if your location is quite rural, additional fees may apply. Most areas will automatically provide a delivery cost at checkout, but if your area isn’t recognized, please contact us, and we will review the best delivery option for you.

We strive to accommodate as many locations as possible. If your address isn’t listed, please contact us, and we’ll work with you to find a suitable delivery solution.

Delivery fees can vary by region, please see above for a general reakdown of most delivery areas. Additional charges may apply for rural or coastal areas. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. If your address is not calculated, please contact our team directly for coverage and costs.

Our third-party freight provider does charge for each individual bed. For orders of multiple beds a discounted rate is applied, and calculated at checkout. If you have any questions regarding this discounted rate, please contact us directly.

After processing your order, delivery typically occurs within 4–10 business days, depending on your location. For specific delivery timelines, feel free to reach out to us.

Deliveries are coordinated through a third-party freight company. Dependant on your area, we may be able to provide an exact delivery date at time of delivery. If your delivery has been for a particular week. You'll receive a confirmation email from us on the Monday prior to your expected delivery week, detailing the exact delivery day. In some cases we may not be able to provide an exact delivery date, however a timeline will be provided and the freight company will be in touch directly with the updated details.

We recommend someone be home to accept the delivery, as in some cases, there may only be one driver, and due to the size of the products, assistance may be required. However, if this isn’t feasible, and you have a safe and secure place where we can leave your order, please let us know in advance. In most cases, we can arrange a safe drop-off for you.

As deliveries are managed by a third-party freight company, we recommend having someone available to assist the driver with unloading to prevent any potential damage to your new bed. In some cases, there may only be one driver, and due to the size of the products, assistance may be required.

Our third-party freight providers operate across NZ and are experienced in navigating challenging delivery locations. If you have concerns about narrow driveways, steep access, or other obstacles, please let us know in advance. We will do our best to work with you and the freight provider to ensure a smooth delivery.

Great question! Many of our customers require delivery to apartments, which is no problem at all. However, to ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend notifying our freight provider in advance.

  • Depending on access and location, additional fees may apply if extra time or manpower is required.
  • Freight providers will aim to deliver to your apartments front door, so you won’t need to worry about getting your bed inside.
  • Please note: Our products come 95% assembled, so consider this when selecting your bed. For example, if purchasing a Queen bed, you may want to opt for a split base to make moving it into your apartment easier.

No worries at all! We can alter your delivery address, date, or contact details up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery. In most cases, this will not affect your delivery timeline. Just reach out to our team, and we’ll be happy to make the changes for you.

All mattresses, bases, and headboards are wrapped in protective plastic to help prevent damage during transit. However, we do not recommend leaving them in wet conditions, even when wrapped . If you won’t be home, please provide instructions for a safe, weather-protected drop-off location (it is important to note, leaving these in direct sunlight is not recommended as it can cause condensation on the inside of the plastic wrapping).

Yes! We offer flexible delivery scheduling and can hold your order until you’re ready to receive it. If you need a specific future delivery date, please contact us to arrange this.
