I must say been watching your posts for months and months and finally took the plunge to buy sight unseen. Money well spent - took me a few nights to adjust and it fits quite nicely into my decor, I’m a tad short so jumping up onto my bed is awesome! Firm, super king all the way! We recently brought (online) a King with medium cushioning and it is the most comfortable bed I have slept on, so much that my mum and sister have now brought beds. I have been dealing with sciatica and sleepless nights for the last 3 years. After reading reviews about Luxury orthopedic beds I decided to purchase one. I bought a queen size mattress in medium. I was a bit nervous about spending money on a new mattress without seeing/feeling the mattress first and having no idea which firmness would be the right one for me. The service was great I ordered the mattress and received it the following week, my messages were always promptly, clearly and politely answered. The mattress is great, very comfortable, I'm sleeping well. I will definitely go back when I need to buy again. Thank you.

We brought a super king bed with draws and headboard online with out testing it from luxury orthopaedic beds - solely based on reviews alone (I never do this) so pleased to say we love our bed it’s super comfortable and feels like I’m sleeping on a cloud. Literally look forward to going to sleep. Best decision we have made.

Well it took me awhile to get down to Hamilton to go see the Orthopaedic luxury bed that I had seen on Facebook for a while now. Well we were just blown away with the quality and selection of beds in the warehouse that morning, but it didn't take long before we were able to make it happen and we brought the super king size bed with a headboard and the drawers underneath for more storage. The staff down there made the whole process very easy on the day and Yes We were talking about this all the way home to Orewa were we live and just a few days later we were sleeping on Cloud 9. Every night. So Thanks to Kim and the Staff for you professional services that you gave us .cheers des and nianne.

This company deserves the ultimate business award for excellent customer service and top quality beds. I have also recently purchased the medium queen with drawers, sight unseen, after much procrastinating etc etc.. my mind was made up after all my (annoying) questions and queries were answered promptly and efficiently and in a professional and honest, friendly manner. Easy hassle-free service with great communication from the ordering process right through to delivery - the delivery guys were also great!I love my new bed - very comfortable and cosy with the merino layer. No need for the electric blanket! Having a great night's sleep every night and waking refreshed and energised - so happy Thank you LOB

We went to all other big brands but could not find a perfect mattress at affordable price. Just randomly googled and started going by the reviews. Your reviews were really good, so We thought of giving a try and went to see them. The guy was really good and helpful. He took the order later over the phone and delivered the mattress very next week. The mattress is very comfortable and We are really happy with it. I would definitely recommend because it’s not just the product but the customer service as well.
